Customer reviews

Only verified buyers can leave a review. After receiving their order, the customer gets a personal, one-time link to rate the product. This link is valid for 90 days.

No review can be submitted without having made a purchase on Tropiax. It isn't possible to post an anonymous review or write a review for a product that wasn't purchased.

Every review is tied to an identifiable order:

1. After the order ships, a cryptographically signed personal link is sent to the customer.
2. This link is single-use: only one review can be submitted per ordered item.
3. The review is then manually moderated before publication. Moderation only checks compliance with the rules below, never the rating given.

Tropiax never buys reviews and offers no discount, gift, or benefit in exchange for one. Reviews are never selectively solicited or filtered by rating.

Reviews are moderated within 7 business days of submission. A review can only be rejected for one of the following reasons:

• Insults or abusive language toward a person or group.
• Personal data (full name, address, phone number…) published in the text.
• Off-topic — the text doesn't concern the purchased product.
• Spam — advertising links or promotional content clearly unrelated.

A low rating is never grounds for rejection. Negative reviews are published the same as any other, as long as they comply with the rules above.

Approved reviews are shown on the relevant product page, sorted from most recent to oldest. Every review carries the "Verified purchase" label, its publication date, and the purchase date.

Reviews are never edited. No text is rewritten, trimmed, or completed. If rejected, the customer is informed with the reason.

The displayed first name is chosen by the customer. Their email address and order details are never published. Reviews are kept for as long as the product remains in the catalog, then deleted or anonymized. See our privacy policy.
