Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern distance sales of products concluded on the tropiax.com website between:

• the seller: [NOM_COMPLET], a French sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) operating under the trade name Tropiax, SIRET [SIRET], [ADRESSE_COMPLETE], [VILLE], email contact@tropiax.com (see the legal notice);
• the buyer: any individual acting as a consumer, i.e. for purposes outside the scope of their professional activity.

Placing an order constitutes unreserved acceptance of the Terms in force at the time of the order. You may keep or print them.

Tropiax features one product at a time. The offer changes regularly: a product is only available for a limited period and may be withdrawn from sale at any time, in particular in the event of a supplier stock-out. Only the product shown on the site at the time of your order can be purchased.

Each product is presented with its essential characteristics. Photos are as accurate as possible; slight color differences may occur depending on your screen. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you promptly and refund you in full.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The seller benefits from the VAT exemption scheme for small businesses ("TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI", under French law).

The price payable is the one shown when the order is confirmed. Any shipping fees are shown before payment. Prices may change at any time, but the product is billed at the price shown at the time of your order.

To order online:

1. you choose the product, quantity, and, if applicable, the variant;
2. you click "Buy" and reach the secure payment page;
3. you enter your delivery address and payment details;
4. you review the summary, then confirm with a payment obligation.

The contract is formed once payment is confirmed. You receive order confirmation on screen, with an order number, and by email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered (in particular the delivery address and email).

We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute with the buyer, a declined payment, or a manifestly fraudulent or abnormal request. You will then be refunded.

Payment is made by credit card, via the secure Stripe solution. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Your card details are entered directly on the Stripe page: Tropiax never sees or stores them.

Payment may be subject to strong authentication (3D Secure) requested by your bank. If your payment is declined, the order is not confirmed.

We deliver to mainland France and to a growing number of European countries, to the address given at the time of order — the list of deliverable countries is shown on the payment page.

Our products are shipped internationally by our supplier (CJ Dropshipping). The delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from order confirmation. This is an estimate and may be extended by an external event (customs, carrier, holiday season).

Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver no later than 30 days after the order. In the event of delay, you may require us to deliver within a reasonable additional period; failing that, you may terminate the contract and be refunded (articles L.216-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

Customs: for parcels shipped from a country outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may be charged on arrival by the carrier or authorities. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, these are your responsibility.

Check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged or a product is missing, write to us at contact@tropiax.com with photos as soon as possible.

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, write to us at contact@tropiax.com. Detailed terms (timeframes, product condition, exceptions) are set out in our return policy.

In the event of withdrawal, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We refund the full amount paid, including the original standard delivery fees, no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product (or proof of its shipment), using the payment method used for the order. The product must be returned unused, in good condition, and if possible in its original packaging.

The seller is liable for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery, for 2 years from delivery (articles L.217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). You may request repair or replacement of the item; if this is impossible or disproportionate, you may obtain a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.

During the 24 months following delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, without you having to prove it. You do not have to advance any costs for the item to be brought into conformity. This warranty applies independently of any commercial warranty.

Independently of the conformity warranty, the seller is bound by the warranty against hidden defects under articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. You may choose between rescission of the sale and a price reduction, within 2 years of discovering the defect (article 1648).

The seller is responsible for the proper performance of its obligations, as provided by law. It is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product, nor for delays or failures due to force majeure or the act of a third party (carrier, customs). Nothing in these Terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

Your data is processed to fulfill the order, in accordance with our privacy policy.

For any complaint, please write to us first at contact@tropiax.com: we will respond as soon as possible.

If the dispute persists, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator (articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code):

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction. You may bring proceedings, as you choose, before the court of the place where you resided when the contract was concluded or where the harmful event occurred.

The seller may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of your order. Last updated: October 4, 2026.
