Return Policy

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to justify any reason or pay a penalty.

If your order contains several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product.

Send us an email at contact@tropiax.com before the end of the 14-day period, stating:

• your order number and the product concerned
• your name and the email address used for the order
• your clear intention to withdraw

You may use this template: "I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for order no. … placed on … and received on … Name: … Address: … Date: …". Its use is not mandatory.

We will confirm receipt of your request by email and provide you with the return address. Please do not send the parcel back before this confirmation: a parcel sent to the wrong address could be lost.

• You return the product no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
• The product must be unused, in good condition, and if possible in its original packaging, with its accessories.
• You may handle and try the product as you would in a shop. If its value is diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and how it works, we may deduct this loss of value from the refund.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipment: you remain responsible for the parcel until we receive it.

We refund the full price paid, including the original standard delivery fees, no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product (or after proof of its shipment, if received earlier).

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order (credit card via Stripe), at no cost to you. Depending on your bank, the credit may appear a few days later.

Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code provides for exceptions. These may notably concern:

• products made to your specifications or personalized
• sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed after delivery

When a product is affected, this is indicated on its page before purchase.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from its description, this isn't a simple return: the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) applies. Write to us with photos at contact@tropiax.com; we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund, at no cost to you. Details in our terms and conditions of sale.
